I don't have seen replay or where clicks match...i don't know if he had maphack but I am sure that he didn't click jakiro at 31 minute...if you want to examine other time tell to me...

I didn't say that he clicked jakiro at minute 31, I said that jakiro was selected at that time.
If you watch the replay you can see that jakiro is selected at minute 31 (there is a red circle around the hero).
It's clearly evident that jakiro is in the fog (it is in our base), however you can confirm this by watching the replay and putting on and off fog of war (while having selected tuskar).

Did you take into account that the time in dota starts at -2:00 (and in the replay parser as well) and the time in replays starts at 0:00? ( thus you have to subtract 2 minutes from 31)
However I was wrong it was Diclonius. (Leshrac) with mh, I got confused by the fact that tuskar gave share to his team.
Anyway, here is the click:

Why can't you download the replay, jump to minute 31, click pause select leshrac as player, then put on and off fog of war and you'll see the red circle around jakiro.
