This is our Warn system.
Every user got 10 warn limit.
Now Warns Are :
5 warn for ADMIN if !end/!kick for game with no reason.And instant demote.
1 warn = General Warn
3 Warn = Bad Manners/Flame.
1 warn for wrong ADMIN DECISION IS =ADMIN (e.g .warn < user > ADMIN)
