Ban request

Here is a replay of dota game.

As you will see when Thrall left Sentinel team refused to roll for switch.
If i remember corectly orange player is also admin and he banned the two leavers normaly but then he also didn't want to switch. In the end game kept going on with meeppo switching without roll tho.
As you can imagine those players always refuse to switch if they are winning so i request banning them (admin included).
