You can see from the chat how much Hell_ScreaM is spamming and at some point an admin muted the global chat but unmuted it shortly after.

I don't know if you have a specific rule about spamming but it's not something that is usually acceptable and in my opinion the admin in game should have done something about it, if I'm not mistaked Belly_Button was the admin who seemed to be friends with the spammer.

RULES:

^^1.9 Use of the !mute command

The use of the !mute command is allowed at the discretion of the owner of the game in cases of spam, insulting and annoying chatting towards the rest of the players. The mute must remain at most 2 minutes. After the unmute, if the player continues with the same behaviour, he will be banned and muted permenantly.

So:user Hell_ScreaM will be permenantly banned...because he had to be already banned....after the !unmuteall(he had same behaviour) admin had to !ban him(!unmute was !unmuteall and not !unmute user but the user's behavor is the main point)....

admin Belly_Button will take 2 lvl warn and 1400 minutes timeban from ymc channel because he didn't mute his friend(he made !mute all chat and not his friend!!!) & he didn't make !ban his friend because after !unmuteall his friend had the same behavour as before & admin had a participation on spam so user Hell_ScreaM continued his wrong behavor....at general admin should follow the rules with perpuse a better game...this admin was against a good game
