Rules:
^^The use of the !end command in clan YmC games can be used only by admins and only if there is a leaver and before the 10 minute mark . There is a two minute (regardless of any pauses/lagscreens etc) window after the leave, during which the !end command can be used.
Game admins are NOT obliged to use the !end command in the case of a leaver. Game admins can use the !end force command ONLY when the majority of the players of both teams ask for it for a serious reason. When opinions are split, !end force cannot be used^^
the game was from the beggining 4vs5
the admin and his team wanted to play until they understood that they can not win a game 4vs5 with this scores
so admin ended the game before they lose after 15minutes dota playing 4vs5

i see second time that he gave end(second time they made an abuse for him(reason wrong end)I don't know if he use command !end and in other ymc games that never posted)
admin oKakocBlanga_ will take 2 lvl warn and 1400 minutes timeban for wrong end because he made second time the same mistake
